Over 3 million U.S cases EVERY year. Upper respiratory infections spread very easily. Wither from skin to skin contact or simply walking through someones airborne droplets (coughing & sneezing). You can also pass it by kissing or sharing drinks. This kind of virus usually resolves itself in 7-10 days.

Treatments

Stay home and rest, have very little contact with other people. Cough medicine will help with persisting cough. Wash your hands don’t touch your face and keep away from other people. Although upper respiratory infections can happen at any time, they are most common in the fall and winter months, from September until March.

So there is so much back and fourth on Covid19. Is it the flu? the answer to that question is no, its not a flu. Covid19 is a upper respiratory infection. Covid19 has every symptom of a respiratory infection. This certain type of respiratory infection is heightened into a virus. Therefore very strong virus that requires you to get rest, stay hydrated, wash your hands, don’t touch your face and stay home for about 14 days. This virus is serious but can also be managed by following self hygiene and taking the proper steps to not spread the virus to others.
