BLS For Healthcare Providers CPR
The American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR Course teaches CPR skills based on the Guidelines released in October 2015 for helping victims of all ages (including doing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen); use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). It’s intended for participants who provide heath care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital. For certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals.
People who should take this class:
Healthcare workers, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, respiratory therapists, physical and occupational therapists, physician’s assistants, residents or fellows, or medical or nursing students in training, aides, medical or nursing assistants, police officers, and other allied health personnel.
Cost: $65 with book / $50 if you bring your own BLS book
Time: 2- 4 hours
Basic Adult, Child and Infant CPR
The adult, child and infant CPR course teachers the average person to save a life when professional help is not available. This class includes the correct hand placement for CPR along with accessing the victim and use of an AED (automated external defibrillator). The class also covers choking for adults and infants.
People who should take this class
Anyone interested in knowing CPR or people who’s jobs require it but are not healthcare related, foster parents, teachers and construction workers.

Basic First Aid Only
The Basic First Aid Course provides the skills to effectively assess and maintain life from the critical minutes immediately following an emergency until the arrival of emergency medical services personnel. The course also provides corporations with a complete health and safety training solution for First Aid, CPR and AED.
People who should take this class:
Persons assigned to respond to emergencies in the workplace or community as well as those who want to learn first aid, CPR and AED skills. Some rescuers are required to take this course as part of their employer’s efforts to comply with OSHA regulations, e.g., corporate employees, security guards, airline personnel, lifeguards and other individuals who want or need first aid training.

Blood Born Pathogens
This course is designed specifically for the workplace/health and safety market who must be trained annually in bloodborne pathogens. It covers the general OSHA Standard for first-time or renewal bloodborne pathogens training for anyone with a reasonable chance for occupational exposure to blood or blood-containing materials.
